Our Story

     Touch Point Inspections is family owned and operated by Kevin and Nanci Pike of Delta, Colorado. Kevin and Nanci were raised in the area, ventured out, and returned to raise a family in this beautiful land.

    Kevin Pike is the primary inspector at Touchpoint. Kevin is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and graduated from Western State College in Gunnison Colorado with a BA in Business Administration and Marketing. While attending college, Kevin started a small construction company specializing in finishing custom homes. Kevin’s aptitude for thorough documentation quickly led this company to specialize in insurance restoration projects, soon becoming the preferred vendor for a major insurance companies (State Farm) in property damage restoration in Western Colorado.New Paragraph
 In 2001, Kevin launched a career in property inspections, specializing in damage assessments for major insurance company. This venture began as a local endeavor, however, in 2005, Kevin began inspecting for FEMA and the NFIP, post Hurricane Katrina. This venture lasted twelve years, culminating as Lead Reviewer of Structural Inspection Reports in Washington DC.
    In 2016, the Pike’s decided to consolidate services closer to home, focusing on their home community. They wish to provide their friends and neighbors with knowledge necessary to make informed decisions regarding the most significant investments of a lifetime. Kevin and Nanci would be honored to be selected as your property inspector and promise to provide the most thorough and relevant inspection possible.
